support@piphome.appType the brand and model of your appliance. Pip checks a shared library of care schedules first — if it's already there, you get it instantly. If not, Pip asks Claude (an AI from Anthropic) to put one together based on typical manufacturer guidance, and you can remove any task you don't want before adding it.
Open your phone's Settings app → Notifications → Pip, and make sure notifications are allowed. Inside Pip, open the bell icon on the home screen and try "Send me a test reminder" to confirm it's working.

Open Settings inside the app and tap "Delete my account and data." This removes everything from your phone and from our servers. It can't be undone.
Open that task and tap "Report a problem" — it'll open an email to us with the details already filled in. We read every one.
